Amber J. Sinclair
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Amber’s primary roles include managing staff, working in tandem with the owners to plan, develop and implement strategic firm goals as well as managing the firm’s day to day operations. Her goal is to improve productivity of employees, and create efficient processes which will ultimately improve the satisfaction of our clients.
Amber joined MWBoone and Associates, LLC in 2001. After nearly five years of service, she decided to return back to school to earn her bachelor's degree. In 2008, she returned to the firm carrying her degree in finance from Western Washington University. She has been a committed team member for 10 years.
When not in the office, she can be found playing indoor volleyball, singing at her church, hiking, wine tasting, exploring new places around Seattle, and spending time with family and friends and her puggle Maggie.
